When you are buying, selling, or relocating to the Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs, Independence, or the Greater Kansas City area it is good to have a Realtor who is familiar with the area. It gives special insight when you have someone who knows the history of an area and can tell you of the changes that have taken place over the years.

Many people have hobbies, mine happens to be my family. I have a wife named Tina and two boys named Cody and Justin. This combined with Real Estate fills my days and nights with all the excitement and enjoyment anyone could want.

I have been asked what makes my Real Estate business different than my competitors. My only answer is that selling Real Estate boils down to a belief system. My belief is that I bring a mid-western philosophy to Real Estate. The belief of honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, and a belief that I will treat each client as I would like to be treated. I combine this with the simple thought that if you get a home in front of as many people as possible, someone will buy it. That has made us very aggressive in our marketing.

So to sum it all up, there really shouldn´t be that much of a difference in Real Estate Agents… But there is. Let me show you what I mean.
